Since 1992, Christian Louboutin designs shiny shoes with red-lacquered soles that have become his signature. On March 27, 2007 Louboutin filled an aplication for U.S. trademark protection of his red sole design.And .. here is a problem .. YSL started designing shoes matching the sole with the uppers on three styles ..
1. Palais
2. Trib
3. Woodstock
But whats going on with the red shoe .. They made red sole too .. CL had a problem with it, he ask them to stop but they didn't. So he enter a lawsuit for trademark infringement .. if CL do have exclusive of the red-sole then this case will be easier to decide about .. we just need to be patient and wait to see what will happen ..
